Elementary PTO family.

The Judd Elementary PTO is proudly run by parent volunteers who work together to support our students, teachers, staff, and school community.

Through family events, school programs, teacher appreciation, fundraising and more, we help create fun experiences and lasting memories for our Judd Bulldogs.

Every family is welcome. Whether you volunteer, become a member, attend an event, or simply lend a hand when you can — your support makes a difference.

Class parents

Be your child's class parent

Class parents host the classroom celebrations that make the year memorable — and work directly with your child's teacher to pull them off.

Before you apply

Two requirements

  • You must be a PTO member to be considered. Join here if you haven't yet.
  • Parties are paid for from the class party fund — any family can chip in toward their child's class.
  • Only two parents are accepted per class.
  • You must be available for the virtual orientation on Wednesday, September 30 at 7:00 PM. The link will be emailed to everyone selected.
What hosting means

For each party you host

  • Prepare a class craft
  • Plan class games
  • Provide snacks
  • Put together goody bags — suggested, not required, if your class budget allows

Halloween class party

Held immediately after the Halloween parade. Judd administration will share parade details separately.

Hot cocoa stuffing

There's no holiday class party this year. Instead, class parents help stuff the hot cocoa kits in the Judd cafeteria. Note that this one is an evening, not a school day.

Valentine's Day party

Valentine's Day falls on a Sunday, so we're celebrating Friday, February 12. Times vary by class schedule — the PTO will confirm your class's time closer to the date.

Class picnics

The year ends with class picnics. Each grade level gets its own date, and we'll share the full schedule in May — stay tuned.

Find your student’s library time and help their class shop the Book Fair.

Decorate your car trunk, hand out candy, or help run a dance-party station.

Help staff the McTeacher Night table and coordinate with the restaurant.

Set up tables, decorations, and food stations before the Friendsgiving event.

How sign-ups work

We post a sign-up link for each event as it gets close — look for it on the card above, on the event in our calendar, and on our Facebook page. PTO members get an email as soon as each list opens, so they get first pick of shifts. You can also get a text when sign-ups go live — text @amjuddpto to 81010.

Want to help before a list opens? Email us and we'll keep you in mind — include your name, your child's teacher or grade, and what you'd like to help with.

High school students are welcome at our events. Fill out the form to sign up, and after your shift we'll email you an official letter confirming your community service hours for your school records.

Halloween Spooktacular tickets

Trunk or Treat, dance party, live DJ and photo booth. Treat bag included. $10 per student for PTO members, $12 for non-members, $15 at the door. Pizza dinner sold separately to support the 4th Grade Committee.

Parent–teacher conferences run late, so we serve a hot dinner to the whole Judd staff that evening. Any amount helps cover it.

Class party fund

Class parents use this fund for the Halloween and Valentine’s parties and the June picnic — the crafts, games, snacks and goody bags. Give once and it covers your child’s class all year.

Pencil Gram — $2

Send your child a note of encouragement for the new school year! Be sure to include their name and grade. We're sending home a card and envelope — just write your note, attach $2, and send it back to school. We'll do the rest.

Kindness Fundraiser

Kick off the new school year with kindness! Every child who signs up gets a cookie blanket — just for signing up. Flyers will be delivered to your child the week before the fundraiser starts. Get ready!

PJ Movie Night — snack packs

Free entry, 6:45–8:00 PM in the Judd Elementary gym (enter through the staff side door). Bring a blanket or lawn chair and come in your pajamas! $5 snack packs per student — pre-order below, or buy at the door while supplies last. This is not a drop-off event.
